Hi, I’m Diana, founder of Crafted Safety.
My career didn’t start in health & safety.
It started in people.
With a background rooted in social work and later HR, I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate challenges, create structure, and build stronger workplaces.
That path eventually led me into health & safety, where I saw a recurring pattern: many businesses genuinely wanted to do the right thing, but felt overwhelmed by compliance requirements, disconnected from generic consultant advice, or unsure where to even begin.
After supporting organizations across construction, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, municipal, and operational environments, I realized there was space for something different.
Something more practical.
More approachable.
More human.
That’s why Crafted Safety was created.
